What a Cutie Pie! All one level charmer located in Anderson. She's a rare one, I am telling YOU! This Seller is one of a kind! He has done so much to the home and the pride shows! Begging you in are clean floors and an Open Floor Plan. Family room is large enough for a sectional sofa and evenings around the TV. The kitchen has a great breakfast bar area with UP TO DATE stainless appliances. This Seller extended the pantry so you can actually store your Insta Pot and Air Fryer. There is room for a large farmhouse table. Access to the patio is off the dining area. You will love how the patio has been extended. I like how the Seller installed the fencing. He kept the back part natural so you can see all the trees. Bring some firewood and gather round the fire pit! Fall is almost here. The patio has a covering that is so nicely done which helps to provide shade while our days are still hot. Back inside the master is split from the guest bedrooms. The master bath has a large soaking tub and walk in shower. There is even a walk in closet. And NO CARPET here! Notice the tile flooring in the bathroom. The guest bedrooms and guest bath are all well appointed and the Seller also installed tile in the guest bath. Its very professional and looks great! The 2 car garage has an epoxied floor and the Seller painted the garage inside to match Harley colors. The garage door is newer and very updated giving the home a more craftsman feel. But if all of this is not enough there is a HUGE 24x36 detached garage. You have room to tinker on your vehicle or maybe have the BEST man cave around! It’s oversized and since the lot is level you can easily park additional cars. 120 Zana Lane is located just outside the city of Anderson. This gives you access to all the local restaurants and shopping! You can be on Lake Hartwell in 20 minutes. I think you could store a big boat in the detached! Come on out to 120 Zana Lane……Come on HOME!

History

Incorporated in 1833, Anderson was named for General Robert Anderson, a Revolutionary War hero and colonial statesman who arrived in South Carolina in the mid-1700s to help his friend survey the land. The city became widely known in 1894 when local engineer William Whitner developed a way to generate alternating-current electricity by harnessing the water of the Rocky River. This accomplishment is said to have sparked the Industrial Revolution in the South, and earned the town the “Electric City” nickname. In 1897, the first cotton gin in the world operated by electricity was constructed in Anderson County. The electricity boom paved the way for Anderson’s involvement in the textile industry into the late 1960s. This innovative city has continued to develop and evolve over time, continually attracting new commerce and industry.
