Honey STOP the car! I know this is your NEXT home! Nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac in the beautiful area of Easley. Large rocking chair front porch sets the stage! Framed by mature trees that offer lots of shade make for the most perfect setting for this “Lakeside Cottage” custom built home. A 1.4 acre lot is sure an extra bonus and I just love the circle drive! 5 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths gives you the space needed! Begging you in is a lovely 2 story foyer with custom bookcases. The custom design and touches are throughout the home. Hardwood flooring, tall windows, and soaring ceilings bring you into the family room. The tall stone fireplace brings warmth to the room. I can see a large sectional sofaand flat screen TV! Let me show you around this kitchen! OH, this KITCHEN! Boasting miles and miles of granite counters, and tons and tons of solid wood cabinets you have THE kitchen. For those who like to cook the gas stove is sure to come in handy. There is even a second sink area and of course a large pantry! There is space for a breakfast table framed by lovely windows that offer views of the private back yard. Appliances are approximately 4 years new! The large dining area is perfect for an extended dining table and there is room enough for Mom’s heirloom hutch. The master is located the main floor. The master bath is over sized with a subway tiled shower, large jetted soaking tub, and his/her closets. There are 2 more bedrooms and bath on the main floor. This is perfect for those who do not wish to walk the steps!~ BUT on the second level is a loft area, 2 more bedrooms and 2 MORE baths! This home has the most perfect floor plan. There are tons of nooks for additional storage, plenty of closet space, tons of built ins and EVEN walk out storage into the attic! YOU have it all! Back downstairs and outside into the screened porch you are going to love the transition from Summer to Fall in our area! There is a deck area for grilling. The yard has been fenced to keep kids and pets safe. I like the raised bed area for future gardening and the storage shed for your gardening tools. The 2-car garage is separated from the home by a breeze way! Like I said, this is rare find and a unique custom home! This garage even has room fora workshop! Little details that are included are 2 water heaters, a sound system built in that even has speakers outside, zoned HVAC on one of the units. Access to all major Interstates are close by. Downtown Greenville can be reached in about 10 minutes! Might as well be close to some of our areas best restaurants and shopping! Come on out……Let me show you that your dreams can become reality and the home you have been looking for has HIT the market. Welcome to 134 Richland…..WELCOME HOME!

This town may have a long history, but it was not always called Easley. Early settlers were known to call the community Rockville by the year 1791, and the name was changed to Pickensville shortly after. The railroad arrived to the area in 1874, sparking yet another name change for this small town. The railroad reached a nearby town called Easley just two miles away, causing commerce and business to move from Pickensville to Easley. In 1875, a new charter was granted to the entire area, adopting its current name.

In 1953, Easley Textile Company, later known as Swirl Inc., came to Easley, which brought many jobs for residents. This company created the “Swirl” wrap dress, which was a successful and much-needed boost for the local economy. And in 1956, Saco Lowell, a manufacturer of yarn production equipment, built a plant in Easley. At this point, the infrastructure of Easley began to expand, as the construction of US-123 brought new business into the city.
