Cody Hawkins

I grew up in the quaint town of Lenoir, just a short drive down from the High Country and constantly visited the area throughout the years. Receiving my degree in Massage Therapy and growing a small business in the foothills I decided to venture out in a new direction to the town I grew up to fall in love with. In the spring of 2013, I followed my heart and moved to the Blowing Rock area with a degree in Real Estate. 

Working with both buyers and Sellers I am very knowledgeable of the area and market conditions. I also specialize in investment property opportunities. Having worked in the rental market for many years as the Broker In Charge of our sister rental company, I understand what aspects would make for the ideal investment/rental property for my clients.

I pride myself on being very dedicated and loyal to my clients, listening to their needs, guiding them through the real estate process and going the extra mile to exceed their expectations. I look forward to helping those wanting to buy or sell property in the beautiful scenery of the high country.
