The purchase or sale of a home is one of the largest financial transactions that most people undertake. Whether you are looking at purchasing or selling a home, I bring a wealth of business, banking and real estate experience to the process to help you.
After graduating from UNC-Chapel Hill, I began my career as a flight officer in the U.S. Navy, proudly serving our country at home and abroad. While on active duty, my wife and I moved many times and loved experiencing different areas of the country.
We purposely chose Greensboro as our home in 1993 because its many neighborhoods and residents collectively offer something for everyone: a vibrant arts community, great schools, beautiful parks and trails, interactive museums, local restaurants. Greensboro has everything that makes a community home.
During my 20+ year corporate career as both a community banker and title insurance executive, I led teams to provide the highest levels of customer service in the lending and real estate closing processes. In addition, as a banker, I handled tens of millions of dollars in foreclosures, short sales and bank-owned real estate disposition. I understand the many possible aspects of lending in a real estate transaction and can help you successfully navigate that process.
I am a personal real estate investor and understand the value of income-producing properties to diversify investment portfolios and build personal wealth. There are great values here and I enjoy matching clients with investment properties that help you expand your personal portfolio.
My wife, Karen, and I have raised three children in Greensboro and we love calling Greensboro home. I believe in giving back to the community in which I live and work, and I have served as a volunteer for Boy Scouts, Junior Achievement, Greensboro Urban Ministry, Habitat for Humanity, and Guilford County Schools.
Let’s talk more about how we can work together. Contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org or 336-908-1694 if you would like to schedule a time to discuss your real estate needs.
