About Me

A Real Estate veteran, Jan is a passionate advocate for her clients. She represents both Buyers and Sellers, and specializes in lake properties throughout the Lake Norman (NC) and Lake Wylie (SC) regions.

After growing up in Florida (Winter Park, Gainesville, Jacksonville, Boca Raton), Jan and her husband, Paul, moved to Charlotte in 1981 and have resided in Lake Norman (Cornelius) since 1997. Jan enjoys hiking, biking, tennis, water skiing and spending time with their two grown children, friends and family.
