Meredith Hilbert is committed to customer service. She has the professional experience to support this and most importantly a genuine concern for people. Meredith's philosophy about real estate is simple-your home is an expression of who you are. This guiding principle helps her in servicing any client that walks through her door-whether they're buying a home, purchasing an investment property or selling a home. To Meredith, buying and selling real estate is personal, both for her and for every client she represents.
Meredith's professional background also includes sales, marketing and retail management, in addition to creative work in visual merchandising and accessory design and production. Meredith thrives in both corporate and creative settings and can easily move between a logical approach or a creative edge in solving problems!
Meredith enjoys working with people in every capacity from her business relationships to her personal relationships. She values making connections and takes the time to truly get to know who you are and what is important to you. Meredith is an attentive listener, detail oriented and resourceful. Meredith grew up in North Carolina and attended The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. After completing degrees in vocal performance and communications, she moved to New York City. She lived in New York City for 14 years and enjoyed the vast and wonderful things the city has to offer. Meredith eventually found her way home to North Carolina but she is grateful for her time in New York. It expanded her world offering unique experiences and diversity. Meredith currently resides in Wake Forest with her husband, son and two daughters. She truly appreciates all that North Carolina has to offer! She loves the natural beauty of this state and the genuine warmth of its people. Meredith would love the opportunity to share with you her knowledge and experience about life in North Carolina!

Where do we even begin! We have known Meredith for several years now. When we moved from Ohio we were desperately trying to find a place in a hurry! Meredith was recommended by a client of mine back in Ohio. We hit it off right away. Meredith helped us find a rental so we didn’t have to deal with the stress of moving across several states and purchasing a home. For the next two years Meredith stayed in touch. Meredith did a great job selling our old house and finding us a new one. We hadn't shopped for a house in over 15 years and in that time plenty had changed. We had lots and lots of questions and Meredith was there, at all times, to answer our questions. My wife and I listed our 1908 house with Meredith. The house is in a historic district where there are design guidelines to follow. We realized the house could sit a long time before the right buyer came along. Meredith aggressively marketed the house and after about eight weeks we had a purchase offer from a couple in Pennsylvania. There were several hurdles to be cleared before we ever got to the closing and Meredith handled all of them and continuously reassured us that everything was going to work out, which it did.
