As an East Carolina University alumni (GO PIRATES!) with an extensive background in customer service, my mission is to provide honest and genuine service with a welcoming environment to all. Straight out of college I started out managing/buying for a local boutique in Greenville, NC and loved it. Constantly interacting with people and having the opportunity to help others and get to know them better on a daily basis kept me in that great little town for a very long time. However, having been born and raised in McAdenville, it was time to make my way back home.
Moving back to Charlotte, I took a corporate job sitting behind a desk all day and quickly realized something was missing. I missed helping others, learning about them, connecting with them, and most importantly, building those constant relationships. Helping and advising clients through what is one of the most stressful purchases of their lives is what drew me to real estate. Seeing a friend’s face when they find the house that could be their home, or easing the stress and pressure of selling a lifelong home filled with sentimental value. This is what makes it all worth it.
I haven’t always been in the business of real estate, so I know how challenging it can be to understand the market and home-buying process. Whether you’re a first time home buyer or you’re upsizing for the tenth time, my responsibility to my clients is to make sure they feel confident and stress-free throughout the process.
