2 miles from Travelers Rest! Brick Charmer HITTING the market folks! Live the DREAM! Nestled on the 2nd fairway of Green Valley Golf Course is the home you have waited for. A gated court yard greets you when you arrive. Let me show you around! Coming inside is a nice foyer that leads the way to the family room. I just love the beautiful fireplace that will come in handy as summer slips by and fall makes its return. Access to a private screened porch is from the family room. Enjoy soaring views of Green Valley, wild life, and the beautiful trees our area displays. With our weather this porch will be used all 4 seasons. Back inside, the dining room is currently being used as a space for more seating. I like how the Seller has done this. It gives you many options on how to use the area. The kitchen has a window that allow you to see into the family room. Appliances are up to date! This Seller added a custom bar to give even more counter space and additional seating. This is sure to be the morning gathering spot as you prepare morning coffee. I like how the breakfast table is situated. The room does not feel crowded at all. And when times call for gatherings you will enjoy the function. Access to a large laundry room is off the kitchen. There is space for todays oversized washer/dryer and a laundry room sink. I like all the storage space. The private master is found on the MAIN floor. But there are actually 2 in this home. One up, one down, and even a third bedroom and an additional bath on the main. The master features a big closet, private bath, and comfortable colors. I like the big window over the bed which gives lots of natural lighting. Up the steps and located on the second level is the second master. This room gives custom built ins to hold all your books, trophies, and family pictures. The master closet is currently being used as a craft room and the third private bath is nicely appointed. Colors are cool and comfortable. Carpets are clean! Back downstairs and back on the main floor is the third bedroom with yet another full bath. When you have folks who travel into town you can easily accommodate if you choose. This home has so many features that are rarely found and not being built these days. There is a bar area that closes off behind doors, a great sized 2 car garage, and many more details. I can’t wait for you to see. Hunters Ridge gives the community feel you have searched for. The club house can be rented for parties, the dipping pool is nicely done, and the tennis courts have recently been updated. Bring your friends for a round of Pickle Ball! Access to the Swamp Rabbit is just a short walk. The neighborhood also features a walking park for your pet! The amenities are well done. Some of our areas best restaurants and shopping are all within a few minutes drive. If you are looking to buy you might as well not only buy a home but a lifestyle and a community of friends! This CHARMER will not disappoint! Call me……I’ll get you HOME!

History

The Greenville area served as hunting grounds of the Cherokee Indians until its first European settler, Richard Pearis, arrived in 1770. Greenville County was established after the Revolutionary War, in 1786, and settlers poured into the area. By 1795, the village centered on a log courthouse built near the Reedy River Falls, and the city’s name was later changed to Greenville after Revolutionary War hero, Nathanael Greene. By 1910, Greenville was a thriving cotton town, as grist mills were built along the banks of the Reedy River in the 1830s and the railroad arrived to town in the 1850s. Thousands of Scots-Irish tenant farmers moved to Greenville to seek jobs in the mills, which spelled the beginning of the area’s textile boom. This continued through the 1920s and into the late 1960s. Construction executives lured new industries to the area in the ‘60s, including automotive and tire companies.
